Client Payment Options:

We at Draheim Appraisal Services offer several payment options for all customers.  Below is a summary of these options.

Lenders and other clients

If we have established a relationship, then we will gladly invoice you for our services with 30 day terms.  If we have not yet established a relationship, then we can collect COD, check from the client before delivery of the service, or credit card payment before the delivery of the service.  Credit card payment can be accomplished from my the web site.  Simply click on Credit Card Payments button, then click on the Pay Pal button and follow the simple instructions.

Non-Lenders and other individuals

Payment for these services can be paid for with cash or check at the time of the inspection or consultation.  In addition to this, credit cards can be accepted from the web site.  Simply click on the Credit Card Payments button, then click on the Pay Pal button and follow the simple instructions.

Other Information

In accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, our appraisal fees are set in advance, and are not contingent upon the reporting of a predetermined result, (e.g. opinion of value), a direction in assignment that favors the cause of the client, the amount of a value opinion, the attainment of a stipulated result, or the occurence of a subsequent event directly related to the appraiser's opinions and specific to the assignment's purpose.
